Cogdill, Iron Man 3

Though Iron Man 3 is a live action movie, the way it pertains to my focus are the things that weren't real, like the flying army of Iron Mans! During the action sequences something that really shows the use of animation is when once of the Iron Man had to go and hold a huge piece of metal( or was it concrete?) so that things wouldn't collapse. The way that Iron Man was animated made it believable to the viewer that that huge slab was indeed a heavy load, even for a robot. I also noticed that in the credits there was a 2D animator who worked I believe in the video segments that went with the Mandarin's Public Announcements, but I didn't notice or just was not quick to notice the specifics of what sort of 2D animation that entailed.

below is my poor visual representation of the robot trying to keep the big thing from falling. Personally, the drawing itself looks like he's going to fall down anyways.
